CANCELLATION POLICY

 

The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival. 

The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 21 days of arrival. 

 

If the guest cancel within 3 days of arrival or doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

In case of cancellation or no-show the clients credit card will be debited.

OTHER POLICIES

 

Children

All ages are welcome but please keep in mind to show respect towards guests who wish to have some peace and quiet. We do not allow toys in the pool.

 

Extra beds

People 3 years and up stay for EUR 45.00 per person, per night when using an available extra bed.

Children 2 years and under stay for free. Cribs are available upon request, EUR 15.00 per person, per night.

Dogs

We allow small and friendly dogs and charge an extra fee of EUR 25/night and dog. Our villa dog, Polly will be happy to welcome furry friends. Please keep in mind to show respect towards guests who wish to have some peace and quiet.  Dogs must be on a leash at all times and can not be left alone in the room.
